Read these Terms of Service carefully and in their entirety. The titles of these Terms of Service are for convenience only.

4. Delivery of Merchandise

4.1 Saidel - Jewish Baking Center undertakes to do whatever is in our power to deliver the purchased merchandise within the time frame specified on the order page, from the date of purchase.

4.2 Saidel - Jewish Baking Center is not liable for damages of any kind incurred to the purchaser due to delay and/or failure of arrival of merchandise.

4.3 Saidel - Jewish Baking Center will regard only those orders processed by the sysem for which the user/visitor/purchaser received an order confirmation to their specified email address at the time of the order, containing the details of the order, including order number and items ordered.

4.4 Saidel - Jewish Baking Center, and/or subcontractors that it employs may request at any time additional identification documents or details, such as ID number, social security number, etc. of the owner of the credit card used in the order, including, if needed, the signature of the card owner as a condition for delivery of merchandise.

4.5 To the best of our knowledge, the items for sale on our website are in stock. Those items which are not in stock will be flagged on the website jewishbakingcenter.com and the user/visitor will not be able to purchase them. That said, Saidel - Jewish Baking center cannot guarantee stock of any specific item at any specific time due to force majeure. If for any reason an item that appears on our website as in-stock cannot be delivered, Saidel - Jewish Baking Center will fully refund the amount paid for said item via whatever means of payment was used by the purchaser.

 

5. Cancellation of Orders

5.1 The customer reserves the right to cancel his/her order subject to the Israel law for the Protection of the Consumer, 1981.

5.2 Cancellation of orders will be done according to one of the following -

5.2.1 Verbally by phone - 972-9-7941222, Sun - Thu between 8am - 5pm, Fri between 8am - 1pm Israel time

5.3 The purchaser reserves the right to cancel his/her order within 24 hours from time of purchase.

5.4 In case the purchaser wishes to cancel his/her order due to a flaw in the merchandise and/or incompatibility between the merchandise he/she received and the description of the merchadise present on the website jewishbakingcenter.com and/or due to failure to deliver the merchandise in the time frame specified and/or due to any other alleged claim of breach of contract by Saidel - Jewish Baking Center, the purchaser will contact Saidel - Jewish Baking Center using one of the methods of communication listed above and depending on the validity of the claim will receive a refund.

5.5 Cancellation for any reason that is not included in those listed in 5.4 above, will incur a surcharge that is 5% of the total purchase price, payable by the purchaser. If cancellation is after the merchandise has been delivered to the purchaser, the purchaser will return the merchandise at his/her own expense, over an above the 5% surcharge.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 If there is an abnormal and clear mistake in the description of the product or service, for example price in cents instead of dollars, Saidel - Jewish Baking Center will not be bound by that price. Pictures on the website jewishbakingcenter.com are for purposes of illustration only and do not necessarily reflect the final product accurately.

11.1 Legal interpretation and enforcement of these Terms of Service and/or any dispute resulting from it, will be executed according to the laws of the State of Israel, and, if necessary, will be adjudicated in the relevant official court in the district of Ariel only.
